1. How long is the franchise contract?
Our franchise contract period is 3 years, and the franchise contract will be renewed every 3 years.
2. How long does it take from applying for franchise to successfully open a store?
After signing the contract, it will take about 60 to 90 days to open the business, including location finding, design and decoration, off-site training, on-site training and a final inspection.
3. How many employees should a store hire?
We understand the importance of having the right people in the right place that's why we offer full support to our franchisees in analysing and arranging the required manpower based on location, business performance, and customer traffic. We also assist in the recruitment of the first batch of employees to ensure a smooth start of the business.
4. I love Chai and Indian tea culture. But I don't have relevant knowledge and work experience about it. Can I join?
